Dr Marios Efthymiou is a Gastroenterologist and Interventional Endoscopist, passionate about providing excellent medical care to his patients.
He works at the Austin Hospital in his role as the Deputy Head of Endoscopy. His expertise lies in general gastroenterology and all aspects of advanced interventional endoscopy including gastroscopy, colonoscopy, ERCP, endoscopic ultrasound (EUS), capsule endoscopy, balloon enteroscopy and endoscopic mucosal resection.
Dr Efthymiou provides consultation services through his rooms at John Fawkner Hospital and performs procedures at Epworth Hospital (Richmond), John Fawkner Hospital (Coburg) and also the Austin Hospital (Heidelberg).
